«©NCSX» Kirino Kousaka is a character from the Ore no Imouto aka Oreimo animation property who's cool, calm, and collected. So much so that she seems much older and more reserved than her measly 14 years on the planet would generally afford.
Good Smile Company is producing a Kirino Kousaka Nendoroid which measures 10cm or 3.93" tall and is dressed in a school uniform. Along with the figure, the manufacturer is including extra arms and extra faces so that Kirino can emote and pose in a number of ways. Props included with the toy - a cell phone, book bag, and a booklet. The default face features a stoic Kirino but she can be made to cry and appear angry.
