«©NCSX» You're supposed to fill the tank with water 3/4 of the way and then flip it upside down to make bubbles billow upwards from the bottom of the tank. Since the tank can be stood up on either end, you'll be able to make bubbles waft up by flipping it over. Inside the tank is a small amount of white plastic "pebbles" which blow upwards when the bubbles from the bottom of the tank hit them. A little plastic sheet with artwork of the Ulysses submarine is also inside. The toy measures 8 x 6 x 2" in dimension.
