«©NCSX» The recent reboot of the Castlevania series was well-received. In the game, protagonist Gabriel Belmont wages war against legions of werewolves and vampires. There's drama, antics, and action... sort of like that Underworld movie featuring Kate Beckinsale. The North American version of Castlevania was released last month but the Japanese aren't getting it until next month. Think of it as the continuing ascension of North America's game market versus the erosion of the Japanese market.
In addition to the Castlevania LoS game by its lonesome, Sony and Konami are planning a special PS3 Value Pack which includes a Charcoal Black 160GB PS3 console, a copy of the Castlevania LoS game, and a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots. Why MGS4? Well, it's probably because Konami has a ton of MGS4 inventory that isn't going anywhere. An Metal Gear "Reward Ticket (20,000 points)" is also included for added value.
