NCS Preorder Synopsis
«©NCSX» Kotobukiya has started preorders for a 1/8 scale Celestia figure (of Shining Wind fame) that's sculpted by Sho Kojima. Celestia is accompanied by a floppy-eared creature that wears a crown and has occasionally been seen with Xecty. Celestia measures 11cm or 4.33" in height and is crafted from PVC. An open book lays on top of her lap whilst her green dress radiates outwards like a lily pad. Preorders are welcome to ship in October 2009 at JPY5800 or US$68.90.
