New and factory sealed but note that two of the stickers on the top of the box have deteriorated although the main sticker is intact. The box also isn't in the best condition since it was pushed in near the bottom during shipping from Japan to the United States. Despite the condition of the box, the figure is in new and perfect shape. Please check the photos.
