«©NCSX» Many ages ago, man and magic users lived in relative harmony. As the power of the magic users grew however, man began to fear the sorcerers and witches and the magic they wielded. What man fears, he seeks to extinguish with witch hunts - both figurative and literal ones. With an extermination program in effect, magic users and their ilk sought refuge from the hunts and passed through to another world.
A few centuries pass and elder magicians wonder if mankind is ready to once again co-exist with magic users. To put this idea to the test, three wee witches are sent to the mortal realm to establish a magic school and train new subjects in the arcane arts. Players take control of a fledgling student named Rokusuke Nonaka who interacts with the witches as well as his own little circle of female admirers. Improving on the PC original, the Dreamcast version of Majyo no Ochakai includes a new scenario and updated graphical stylings.
