Newly empowered with cognition, Chopper joins Luffy's gang and serves as the Jolly's Roger's on-board physician.
The One Piece franchise is a merchandising superstar thanks to its cast of likable characters. Banpresto played a big part in creating toys and plushes for an eager market.
