NCS Product Synopsis
Update: March 9, 2006
«©NCSX» Right brain training software is starting to saturate the gaming market with variants and extensions of the original software that was released for the NDS last year. The latest addition to the brain 'em up library is ironically a D3P production whose games normally require little to no cognitive reasoning or limbic exercise.

The Unou Drill was developed under the supervision of professor Kodama Mitsuo who is an authority on right brain training and testing. According to the science, the left brain handles language, calculation, and long term memory while the right brain lords over creativity, intuition, artistic inclinations, and short term memory. To put the right brain of players to the test, 450 questions are featured in Unou Drill which are split into three levels of difficulty - Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. At the outset of the exercise, players start at the Basic level where questions are presented in groups of 10. If 65 of the questions are answered correctly, the Intermediate level of Unou Drill is unlocked which features questions that are progressively more difficult. In order to unlock the Advanced level, 85 questions must be answered in Intermediate mode. Performing well will also unlock new backgrounds and music to choose from to provide distraction. Once a series of questions is answered, an IQ score based on answer accuracy is shown on the screen.
