«©NCSX» War has raged around the capital city of Regnum for many years but it has always been sheltered from the storm beyond its borders. In recent time, some inhabitants in Regnum have discovered unique powers within themselves. When the citizenry grows wary of the "gifted ones," the governing body issues an edict where anyone with special powers is apprehended and imprisoned....
Ruca Milda is a white-haired lad and Regnum resident who discovers that he possesses special powers. Events conspire to lead Ruca and friends Iria Animi, Spada Belforma, Ricardo Soldato, Hermano Larmo, and Ange Serena on a world spanning adventure. TOI uses the "Dimension Stride Linear Motion Battle System" which allows for free roaming 3D attacks.
The theme song that plays in the beginning of the game is "Follow the Nightingale" by Kokia.
