«©NCSX» The boys of summer were in hibernation mode over the winter but since it's Spring, they're pitching, batting, and galloping once again for the new baseball season. They're even going to catch a few fly balls and snag a bunch of infield grounders. Konami's new Pro Yakyu Spirits 2011 features almost-television-quality visuals, a Coaching Mode and a Grand Prix Mode in addition to the standard Exhibition mode.
Since baseball needs a crowd to cheer and root for their team, Konami throws in a reactive audience which roars with every hit and groans with every swing-and-miss. All 12 Japanese professional baseball teams are featured in the game along with over 800 players who have their end-of-2010 season stats intact. Each team's stadium is recreated with accurate design details and the television-style camera angles give players the sense of playing an actual televised baseball game.
